Wossner Anodized Crown Piston Kits for '17-Up Harley Davidson M8 Models
Forged from aerospace-grade aluminum alloys and heat-treated for strength and durability using Wossner’s state-of-the-art heat treatment process. CNC-machined using MAZAK® advanced technology maintaining high precision and accuracy through every machining step. Reduced product distortion and variability.
Enhanced piston pin oiling slots, radial boss machining and annular grooves for improved wrist pin lubrication. Piston skirt profile and camming are specifically tailored to each application for reduced friction, smooth operation and reduced noise from rockover. Piston skirts are coated for reduced friction and improved break in performance.
Select applications have coating treatments to protect from harsh tuning environments. Piston rings are made from premium alloy steel and feature treatments to improve ring seal and extend wear life. Kits include pistons, piston rings, piston pins and retaining clips.
