Performance Harley-Davidson 2-1 Exhaust Systems – Handcrafted in the USA. Engineered for riders who demand maximum performance, the Cone Performance Exhaust Sweeper 2-1 exhaust systems deliver proven power, useable torque, and unmatched sound. Each system is handcrafted in the USA using premium materials, hand TIG-welding and state-of-the-art laser welding for strength, precision, and consistency every time.
The 2-1 exhaust designs optimize exhaust airflow for increased horsepower, stronger mid-range torque, and crisp throttle response where you end up riding the most. Each black system uses durable Cerakote ceramic coatings for the best appearance over time. The mufflers internal design creates our deep throaty sound when you rip the throttle and sounds just as good on decel, no fluttering or fluting sounds.
The Sweeper muffler uses our standard angled cone paired up with our slash cut end cap giving it an 11 degree exit angle to help redirect the exhaust towards the ground. Its our most "tamed" exhaust at idle and cruising using the most perforated core, but it still barks when you open it up.
