Now you can not only choose your baffle size with Rush Racing Mufflers, but you can also choose your end cap

The baffle choices depend on year range and header style. '95-09 models with the OEM header or '95-16 with True Dual Headers can choose the 2.25 inch or 2.50 inch baffles. '10-16, '17-Up Trike/Freewheeler (Except '10 Road Glide Custom & Street Glide with 2-into-1 exhaust systems) use the SB2 stepped baffle.

Choose your size and let your pipes rumble. Baffle sizes are measurements of the baffle's diameter. That means the larger the baffle, the louder the pipe!

No Tuning required in most cases!

3500 Series: - Fits 15 and 61 Series Mufflers, and 2 into 1 for Touring, Softail, Dyna and Sportster with 3.50" Muffler Shells
Yamaha and Indian Scout Mufflers

4000 Series: - Fits 32 Series mufflers, Gold Wing, Indian Mufflers except Scout

Note: Choose 3" Cat Back (SB1) in the drop down menu below for CAT Back only (Cat back means from the Converter back.) The SB1 kit includes 2.50" Right Baffle and a 3.00" Left Baffle to keep the muffler from bluing due to high heat from the catalytic converter.
