•Just wanted to leave a little feedback about my first experience with West End Motorsports: Found the part I needed (wanted) for my bike at a very good price and decided to try out West End. Ordered the part on Thursday and immediately got a nice message from Mike & Kaiti introducing themselves and thanking me for the business - I like that. Two days later my part was at my front door (I'm in New England) and was exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition. I don't have to tell anyone that during this Covid thing that customer service and general consumer satisfaction have taken a huge hit. This is not the case at West End in my experience. •Just installed the Vance & Hines Fuelpak 3, Bassani 2x2 Dual Exhaust Head pipe, TAB performance 4" BAM Stick (Zombie) Slip Ons, and Vance and Hines VO2 Naked High Flow Air Kit on my 2019 Harley Street Glide. Let me tell you, it sounds great. However, I have some difficulties getting the header on, but after a short conversation with Mike fixed the problem within a minute. •I installed the Rinehart slip-ons and Stage 1 High Flow Air first which really improved the sound. After I installed the Slimline Duals Exhaust it really brought the pipes to life. I tuned my RGS with Vance and Hines FP3 and all I can say is WOW. My friend has a 2013 RG CVO and we switched bikes on a recent ride and he commented after we switched back that "This is the best performing Harley he has ever ridden" The sound though not over powering is deep and rich and you can hear the stereo at freeway speeds. They look fantastic and would highly recommend this exhaust to anyone considering upgrading their stock pipes. David A. 8/3/18

•Mike, I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks for the bag, it arrived today. I knew something wasn't right with the price when I made the order but decided to take a chance. I actually expected 1 of 3 things to happen.

•I just wanted to drop you guys a note. I received my Batwing Sportster kit today and had it completely installed in less than one hour! I had to readjust my mirrors slightly to accommodate the fairing and trim a small amount from the bottom of the headlight trim ring where the headlight bezel screws made contact. It’s nice to find a product that’s easy to install and worth the money. I will be ordering a set of black deflectors also. Thank you for carrying a fine product like Memphis Shades.

I was so impressed that my first and second calls were not sent to voice mail. That is a huge deal to me. I literally spent hours on hold and or talking to worthless customer service with jpcycles over this supposedly simple order.  You guys did in one week, with one call that I could not get done with ten calls and three incorrect orders. I had to try because their price was a small amount better and their free shipping was weeks ahead of the normal places I shop. The way I do this is when I get better service someplace I always go there first from then on.
