Pre-Ordering unavailable products will help you get them faster and here's why...
Ordering a currently unavailable item is like putting your name on a waiting list. The sooner you order, the closer your name is to the top of the list. As the products are made, they are shipped out in the order that they were ordered— Starting at the top of the list. The first person who ordered gets the first available product.
What does that mean exactly?
Let's say for example that there are 200 orders for a currently unavailable item. Let's also say the manufacturer is only able to make 100 of these items. The item will remain listed as unavailable, BUT the first 100 people on the list are getting the product they ordered. A product may be listed as back-ordered or unavailable for months but that doesn't mean nobody is getting it.
What do I have to do to Pre-Order?
Just order! Place an order online or over the telephone just like you were ordering an available product. We'll pre-order the product for you, get your name on the list, and remind you that it's back-ordered via E-mail. If there are available items on your order as well don't worry— we'll sort it out and make sure you are only charged for the available items.
So, I'm not charged for products I pre-order?
Correct! If the item is back ordered, you're not charged. Even when there are available products on your order, you're charged for these items only and the unavailable products remain uncharged.
To get currently unavailable items sooner, with no inconvenience to you. There's no special ordering process. It doesn't cost extra. It doesn't cost anything at all! Just order then sit back and relax knowing you're now in line and we're doing everything we can to get you what you want as soon as possible. You can cancel your pre-order at any time (as long as the product is still currently unavailable and isn't on it's way to you) and feel free to check on the status of your order for any updates whenever you'd like.
